Natalie Costigan
MA, BCBA
Hello! I’m Natalie Costigan, a Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (MA, BCBA) and the Clinical Director at Autism West’s Aurora location.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I completed my
undergraduate studies in psychology with a minor in children’s studies. During
my time in college, I had the opportunity to be an intern with a non-profit
organization supporting individuals with autism. I also spent my summers as a
volunteer coach for various Special Olympics teams and as a 1:1 aide at summer
camps for individuals requiring additional support. These experiences sparked
my passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and led me to pursue a master’s
degree in ABA with a certificate in autism, ultimately becoming a BCBA in 2023.
I am deeply committed to helping clients and families
enhance independence by building communication skills, social skills, learner
readiness skills, and reducing challenging behaviors. It’s incredibly rewarding
to witness the growth and success of the individuals I work with.
Outside of work, I love staying active and exploring all
that Colorado has to offer—whether it's skiing, camping, hiking, attending
concerts, or traveling. Since moving to Colorado, I've enjoyed embracing these
adventures and making the most of the beautiful outdoors.
